A global high-tech industrial company within the green energy sector is looking for a skilled Electric Power Expert / Electrical Project Manager to support the installation and commissioning of a brand-new production facility in Södermanland.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the installation and commissioning of medium-voltage (up to 20 kV) electrical systems for a new industrial production site.
- Acting as the technical interface between Swedish site operations and Chinese engineering teams and suppliers.
- Coordinating with external contractors and ensuring compliance with Swedish electrical safety regulations.
- Interpreting and managing electrical schematics, distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, etc.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and technical coordination with stakeholders across regions.
Your profile:
Technical expertise:
- Deep understanding of power systems and grids, particularly in medium-voltage industrial settings (up to 20 kV).
- Hands-on experience in electrical installation, commissioning, and verification.
- Familiarity with SCADA/monitoring systems and power quality analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Swedish electrical codes and standards (Elsäkerhetsverket, SEK).
Project leadership:
- Comfortable working in a project-based role with responsibility for timelines, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Experienced in bridging technical communication between European and Chinese teams.
- Regular reporting to local and HQ-level technical/project leadership.
Language & communication:
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese).
- Fluent in English
- Swedish is a plus.
- Skilled at translating technical concepts between different cultural and engineering contexts.
Personal traits:
- Structured, independent, and confident as a technical representative.
- Thrives in international and fast-changing environments.
- Flexible and pragmatic – hands-on when needed, but also able to oversee the big picture.
