ENGINEERING MANAGER – I&A | Join a Landmark Investment Project

This significant investment project will establish a cutting-edge facility leveraging advanced technologies and sustainable practices. With a focus on reducing environmental impact, the project aims to set a global benchmark in innovative industrial production. Once operational, it will contribute to national and international sustainability goals and secure long-term competitiveness.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an Instrumentation & Automation (I&A) management plan.
  • Coordinate I&A requirements across the design and implementation phases.
  • Participate in procurement processes, ensuring technical compliance from an I&A perspective.
  • Supervise and support supplier activities, including audits and inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant I&A standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up phases.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate I&A systems seamlessly.
  • Conduct training for project colleagues and suppliers on I&A-related procedures.

General requirements

  • Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Swedish and/or Finnish is highly valued.
  • Relevant experience, a proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks, and a strong collaborative attitude.
